Does anyone know of any organization that can help homeowners facing foreclosure that will go in and negotiate with the banks and lenders to help them stay in their home?
Help them refinance, restructure, whatever it takes to allow them to not have to have to leave their home during this down turn in the economy.
Not looking for a lot of real estate companies that want to simply help people short-sale their home.
Consumer Advocacy Groups? or agencies?
Not sure if I am asking right question or not. Any help or direction to find this information would be appreciated.
