Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate - Positive 3rd Quarter Results-

Positive sales news - you'd better get it here because the newspapers will never report it!

You know how it goes, unless it's doom and gloom these days the mass media doesn't want to have anything to do with it - and that's sad.

Enough said - here's the good news:

Some of the top areas in Palm Beach Gardens real estate are posting increases in sales -

PGA National

Mirasol

BallenIsles

All three showed increases in the number of homes sold in the third quarter of 2008 vs 2007.

That information comes from Regional MLS and it does not include FSBO's but those areas very, very rarely go that route.

Marc, all you have to say is "positive" and I will read it, because that is something that we have not been get much of lately.

We are starting to see an increase in many areas here in Tampa as well! Stay on it! Good news is ALWAYS better to put out than Doom and Gloom

The funny (sad?) thing is that I just had a Client tell me that this was bad news because it meant that all of the best deals were drying up!

Marc..same here in Osceola County! I was thrilled to read your "news" and agree the constant bombardment of negative press is hampering the gains we are making- but educted consumers have finally figured out not to wait for the "OK" from the nightly news..must be the seven second delay..LOL
