Mary,

Like the new photo.

Do these social networks need more attention than just a profile? They are in alphabetical order - is there a better ordering priority.

It is hard keeping up with the networks I am on - AR, blogger, twitter, face book, linkedin, blogx3, yammer, plus several RSS blog and news feeds, trulia, zillow.

100 is a lot.

Although looking over the list, there are several I did not know had places to put a profile.

Thanks,

Richard

Do you really have a profile on every one of those social networks?  And even if you get a profile on all of them - you'll never be able to maintain a presence on every one!

Mary..... first off, awesome new photo....  2nd of all, thanks for list. I guess I will need to hire two assistants just to set me up on these?

On another matter, I need to speak to you about your list... about how I can link one blog to most of these... also, I left you an e-mail 3 weeks ago, to help out with my other project. Please call me... 609-440-5133  thanks, jeff

Great list, mary. I'd like to hear more about the WHY we should be on 100 networks. Not doubting, just curious. Maintenance, I would think, would be near impossible, unless you just put up a profile and leave it, save for those that really matter.

Thanks for the list. Wow who has the time to setup a profile on each? It would be nice to see how important some of these sites are and why, but then again that is more work than us each setting up a profile on each site.

6:40am • #25

Theres got to be a perfect number of sites to be on. This list should help us get started.

Mary

Thanks for a very comprehensive list.

I understand the concept of "be everywhere" but the time spent to be on all these sites may not be worth it.

I would go with top visited ones and the ones where consumers are  likely to find you.

Being on 10% of the above sites would probably give you 90% of the benefit

Here is my top ten in no particular order:

Active Rain

HomeGain

Linked in

Facebook

Zillow

Twitter

Trulia

mybloglog

Yahoo

Wow Mary! Nice list. You are the queen of research. Seriously can't figure out when you sleep, but you are amazing. Thanks for the comprehensive list.

With such huge list I have some questions

Are there some sites that stand out as more important than others?

If there is no service yet for someone to do updates - what would people be willing to pay for such a service? Hmmm...

This is a great comprehensive list. I thought I was hooked into a lot of networks, but I've got some work to do.  I should also mention that the best way I've found to keep up with your status updates on so many social network is through ping.fm.  It'll save you A LOT of time.

Hi Mary:  As others have stated, "wow".  I will add a big thank you as well.  It does take some time to create and get your profiles up and running site by site.  However, I've spent considerable time over the past couple of months creating profiles and must admit that you really begin to see the importance and do notice a difference in visibility.  I've found a number of new Active Rain members and links to their blogs as a direct result of stumbling upon their profile on an outside social networking site.

Thank you again for the list!

Hi Mary,

Great List!  Have you had experience on all of them, or do you have a shorter number of favorites (besides ActiveRain, of course).  I'll have to kill an afternoon looking at all the ones I never heard of.

It's an awesome list... but there is NO way in this world I could get to anything more than AR and now Facebook.  I have to have some time to show property!!

Basically, I feel my job is to help folks.. I just don't have the time for more than the two I have.  Sometimes that is challenging!!!
