Welcome Janet Matzke to ActiveRain...

I would like all of you to welcome Janet Matzke of Ticor Title Company (Tacoma Washington) to ActiveRain. This is the first time I have done this, that is welcoming a new member to ActiveRain. I do this because Janet is a special person and I want you to meet her. I did not sponsor her and I have no hidden agenda.

Janet doesn't give out gifts and freebees to agents instead she promotes technology and helps her clients in changing the ways they work. Her company was one of the first to offer a dash board, helping both the agents and the buyer and seller know where the transaction was at.

I don't use Janet's company exclusively however I use her service as a benchmark to check the value of other company's service.
