This report points out that the higher priced homes are moving slower than last year, and at a reduced price. It's no surprise considering the stock market decline, and the reduced availability of mortgages. It's a great time to be a buyer. This report only reflects the market for single family homes in Franklin.

It's an amazing market right now. We still have a few sellers who are willing to sell their home at rock bottom prices, and money is available to buyers at low rates. I don't know why some people are hesitant to steal a house.
