New Partnership With Mid-Columbia Medical Center 
We are pleased to announce Lone Pine Village will be partnering with Mid-Columbia Medical Center in the opening of a new 57,000-square foot wellness center within the village. The three-story wellness center will expand on the hospital's existing services, and will open in fall 2009.
 
"The new Wellness Center will allow us to go beyond the walls of the hospital to embrace other aspects of health care and better provide our community with individualized care," said Duane Francis, CEO of MCMC.
 
The Wellness Center will include a fully equipped fitness area, spa and physical rehabilitation center, while offering such services as acupuncture, yoga, massage therapy and nutrition advice. Once open, the Center will be available to residents of Lone Pine Village as well as the general public.
 
Having an exciting new tenant on board to anchor Lone Pine's commercial/retail space should only expedite the arrival of several other businesses that have shown keen interest in locating within the village. With plans of bringing retail stores, a supermarket, a deli and other restaurants into the community, Lone Pine will truly be a place where residents live, work and play.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE!

We have several first phase homes currently under construction. These homes will showcase the extensive range of warm yet contemporary home designs that have been created for Lone Pine Village by our lead architect Johnson Architects of Seattle, and our general contractor Integrity Structures of Vancouver, Washington.
 
Several of our first phase homes will serve as showpieces for later phases, and will feature upgrades-both interior and exterior-that are available options to prospective residents. Of particular allure, the exterior garden space of these show homes will come fully landscaped by our award winning landscape architect, Vala Christensen of Portland.
 
The interiors of the homes at Lone Pine Village are highly customizable. Our interior design partners, Macadam Floor & Design of Portland, will work with homeowners in the customization of their interior finishes. Some of our first phase homes will highlight the higher end options available to buyers.
 
Buyers of these homes will have the added incentive of receiving such upgraded features at no additional increase from the base price of the residences.
