What Me Worry!?!?!

By
Real Estate Agent with Dave Woodson

I will admit yesterday was not a good day for me.  I was mad, upset, and generally not in a good mood.  I was thinking and spending too much time doing so thinking about the economy and the likeliness of me staying in the business.  I love Real Estate and Mortgagea, I hate all of the junk that comes with it, but it has opened so many doors for me.

But, when people in Florida and Oregon read my blog and want me to do their loan.  Well, who am I to argue.  I think.  No, I know, that blogging has opened doors for me.

Moreover, what does not have me all that worried is that I am still here.  I am able to close loans and get people in homes or help them stay in the homes that they have loved all these years.

Like John and Stacey, they live in a very nice home in Chesterton, Indiana.  John had some issues last year with his job, but he did what he had to do and that was make sure he paid the house on time every time.  He got a new job with a raise, and they wanted to refi and pay off some bad debt.

We did not do an Option Arm, or even an Arm.  It was a FHA Home Loan, and they are saving hundreds a month.   They are safe and secure since they took some of the money and created an emerrgency fund.  He is closer to work than he evr has been before and all because he had to make a move.  They will make Northwest Indiana and Chesterton their home for years to come.

People, there are still deals out there.  You just need to know where to look for them.  I am in the Mortgage Bunker everyday and I force myself to get up and get out there.  Do you?

Feeling safe and secure deep in the mortgage bunker, but I love to sneak behind enemy lines every day.

Thanks for the positive post.  We all need to continue to stay out there because every cycle turns around.  And only those that stay in the game survive when it moves again into a more positive phase.

Well done Dave! Seems that these bunkers are a little more spacious these days. Suits me fine. Loans are being closed allot more like 15 years ago. The way that they always should have been.

Thanks for the boost! Time to originate!
