The scope of my non profit organization's practice isn't so much preforeclosure "counseling" these days but has now shifted its focus to the hands-on facilitation of

"cramdown" loan modifications for Borrowers whose lenders offer little relief, if any.

I've been doing loan mods/short sale/workouts for more than 20+ years, but have never experienced such widespread demand in part because lenders today are offering only "band-aid' modifications to unconscionable loans. Even worse, just about every workout (check the fine print) is conditioned upon the Borrower waiving its right to hold the lender accountable for predatory loans... or loans made in violation to state or federal lending laws.

Our strategic methods compel stubborn lenders to agree to reduce principal and reamortize at affordable terms.

I'd like to network with FHA producers whose refi programs complement my Cramdown Loan Modification service.  And there must be some FHA producers who would benefit from our cramdown services.
