Help.. I don't know where I went wrong

John - If you try to crack your head to figure it out, you would go nut-so! But I thought I'd leave you my feedback (from me as your realtor). I'd like to see informative posts about the mortgage side of the business. Perhaps, like how agents summarize a market report, could you do a summary (by week or by month) on Mortgage Rates. I like consumers would enjoy that too, dont you?

By the way, I'm one of your fans in your club. I'd never un-subscribe.

In the past, I usually dont un-subscribe because I didn't want to hurt the person's feelings. I just quit reading.

well i just subscribed to your blog to make up for that person. Now...can you tell me how to link the "subscribe to my blog" link at the bottom of your post?

I enjoy reading the posts on active rain and find a lot of great information, but I believe the value of a post and information is in the eye of the viewer.

John, Sometimes you need to take a step back and clean out files and start all over again; as to responding to every blog if you haven't gotten anything from it why waste time and write something you may regret later. I generally read your blogs and have found as a new salesperson you have information I try to use.

Perhaps you offended an IBM using Cavliers fan.  Or perhaps Mark Cuban was ticked off because you gave out information on the cheap seats.  Who knows and why worry?

A couple of days ago I unsubscribed to a blog because the information was a little too abrasive for me. I guess we all have our reasons. You still have me. :)

I didn't know we were alerted when someone unsubscribes. Good to know.

John... I don't have time to read the comments..... but in all honesty, I don't care if I lose one. I do notice it from time to time.... but those that sweat over it, in my opinion, arent focused in the right direction. I know of one person, when I unsubscribed, he actually e-mailed me. He has done this with a few members... now, that is scary...  it would be differen't if I was able to collect a residual of $100 a month per member... then I would care.  lol  But I am sure someone has said this, I clean house from time to time. I just don't have enough time or the will and desire anymore to read so many blogs a day. Some people can still handle this after two years, but I am burnt out. Just my .02.

I've honestly never paid much attention to that part of blogging although I am honored that someone may find what I have to say of use.

As some have mentioned here John, don't sweat it - just keep providing content that's valuable to someone (and it doesn't always have to deal with the mortgage industry but you want to position yourself as the expert there I'd assume) and you can't go wrong.

Oh c'mon John! Maybe your thinking about it to hard. I lose and gain people all the time. Oh well.

John,  I think you are doing a great job and I enjoy reading your posts, so no worries:)  I lost a subscriber too and don't know why.  It does make you wonder why, doesn't it?   I think that is the beauty of AR.  There are so many, with different personalities.  Someone for everyone!  Just keep being yourself and watch your subscriber list grow my friend!
