Living the American Dream

While most people are looking at our market as a bad economy others who have stable jobs,  good credit and money down should be looking at our market as a time to Live The American Dream and become a home owner. Interest rates are low so now is an awesome time especially for first time buyers or Sellers who are looking to stay local. In my area which is Lynchburg Va we have been extremely lucky to always have been a stable economy. Many investors are saying now is the time to buy while others are selling.
