First Time Homebuyers Class

I figured that since FHA guidelines will change the first of the year and homebuyers will be required to bring 3.5% down payment, perhaps those buyers sitting on the fence would be interested in buying before the first of the year.

I'll be conducting my first ever First Time Homebuyer Class in November.  Figure I'd use Gary Keller's First Time Home book and power point presentation.

Anyone out there ever done a class using his presentation?

I've got a lender and a home inspector on hand to give their portions of the presentation and help offset costs.
