Anyone who follows my blogs, know I have a special affinity towards Singles who own Real Estate.  Why, because I believe singles are over looked in the market place yet they are a force that is changing the face of the market.   I also believe being a single homeowner is a great achievement.  Think about it, you have been able to accomplish something that many who have dual incomes, etc have not. But I also know many single homeowners have a different set of anxieties that go along with being a "Single" Homewoner.

Yet, in today's market I come across many Single Home Owners who are feeling fearful, lonely, lost, and looking for solutions that will help them keep their dream alive.

I too feel single people are often overlooked by the industry.  I see home buyer seminars targeting growing families, but few people take the time to explicitly include singles and make them feel welcome.  I love working with singles--just one person required to make the final decision.
