Staging a vacant home with rental funiture.

Many sellers do not realize the importance of staging a vacant home with rental furniture. Buying a home is an emotional experience and staging a vacant home with rental furniture does make a tremendous difference.

One of the services I offer my sellers is a professional staging consultation by Tori Ross of Ross-Designs. Tori is a key member of my team of professionals I use to help market a property. Congrataulations on being the smart Realtor that realized a professional Stager will enhance the property and get it sold saving you money advertising it. Plus, your client thinks you are a hero by getting their property sold when all others failed in the task. They will refer you as the Realtor with a marketing plan and the one that has their best interests at heart.
