For every mud slinging political campaign, there has to be a response ad right? Well I'm like the response ad (even though the mud wasn't thrown at me)

See "Roost Goes Negative" on Joel Burslem's page.
An Attack add by Roost.com vs Trulia.com Google Base and Yahoo's Home Search. (warning: kinda mean)

Here is my response AD comparing Roost.com to FranklyMLS.com
(I am Frank, and I approved this message)

Conclusion: Go local of go home!

But don't use Roost.com to go home*, or you might not find it. (I don't think that really made sense, but at least it rhymed.)

*I really don't have a problem with Roost, but they weren't very nice. I did an old post here explaining nicely about Zillow.com, Trulia.com, etc and what the different engines do. I even made a site that compared ALL the sites that had access to the DC area local MLS search engines (I just added Roost). I think the consumer wants to know everything that is out there, so they can pick what is best for them.

Hi Frank - That was interesting, thanks.  I read Joel's post, and watched the videos, which weren't even very well done, btw.  It seemed like a pretty pathetic attempt to get some attention to their site.
