That's neat property. What about water and sewer? Can you build anything you want on it?

Meyer - the water, power and phone is to the property line, the meter is installed. We don't have sewer here so each lot is on septic. It would need the tank installed at this point. There are CC&Rs in place. I think the main restriction is no manufactured homes. There is only one home in Shelter Cove so far so no HOA as of this time.
