Finishing up the year, successfully, is going to be a challenge for us this year. Staying in the black and making the budget work seems to be on all businesses' minds. Ending the year on a postive note is a good goal to set. It will make you focus on your business. Not on the election, not on the turmoil of the stock market, not on all the negative press and not listening to the television celebrities who are now telling people who to vote for.
By focusing on your transactions, putting your head down and really working your business, you will have success. Listen to your gut. Get out there and show your clients that you are the person that will guide them through this market. People will always be moving. Always be selling and buying properties. This hasn't changed in over fifty years for Realtors. It will continue to go on. No matter who is elected into office, no matter what happens on the stock market, and certainly, no matter what the television celebrities or the news media say.
We need to go out and find postive influences. Many of you have asked me; Fran, how do you stay so motivated? I focus on my day. One day at a time. I am Coached by Brian Buffini. Constant care, contact and I attend my Coaching events, so that, I am surrounded by the best of the best in this business. Whether you are a veteran Realtor, like I am, or a newbee in real estate, you can finish this year with a Bang!

Frances - Funny line at the end. To add to your post, the importance of accountability partners. In both good and bad times. And as Todd Duncan says, "Hang out with Winners, not Whiners !
