John McCain vs Barack Obama (who would you pick)? (reposted)

I had to throw this post out to the members of AR because of all the nastiness coming from different members, about our election. And I want to hear from the members directly.

WHO WOULD YOU VOTE FOR?

(Warning) Please remember, these words I am blogging are not my own but people I have speaking with about the Presidential election.

For the last two weeks now I have been speaking with different individuals about John McCain and Barack Obama. Some people I know and other people are tourists visiting Las Vegas.

Of all the people I have spoken with about McCain & Obama, not one has had bad words about John McCain. There was one comment made stating that if John McCain had been President when 9-11 went down, he would of Nuked the mother-#%*^!@%&s. They also mentioned that John McCain will not tolerate this type of terrorism.

Now, some of the comments about Barack Obama.

Where did this guy come from? He came out of no where! How did Barack Obama work his way up so fast as to be able to run for President? A few people mentioned that Barack Obama is a sheep in wolves clothes and can not be trusted.

Another person told me that Barack Obama keeps stating over and over about change, what change, he won't really say. They told me Hitler wanted change, the people elected him and everyone later saw what kind of change he wanted.

And another person told me that Barack Obama could possibly been an Anti-Christ.

Please remember these are not my words, but the exact words from people I have been talking with about our running mates.

I do not see any sincerity in OBAMA whenver he speaks, everything rehearse, while Mcain is candid and sincere, and I like to see Palin kick ass in washington..

I'm a fan of keeping politics to yourself unless they directly apply to our profession. I've never seen a political conversation end well and your blog is just another reiteration of that. Go NOLES!

How about the LSU Tigers the BCS champs. GO TIGERS! Robert, my thoughts of this political season is to vote early and often.

Because of the tone I wont comment on the substance of this blog, However, I do not listen to very many people, and I go to the source.

Go to Senator Obama's Web sit and go to senators McCain's web site. If I have a question, I call that senators office. Go to senate.gov

and and communicate with your Senator.

It actually works.

It doesn't matter at this point. Obama has the election in his pocket. The McSame supporters are just gonna have to get use to it.

I find it very odd that there are so many people with unanswered questions about Barack Obama, even though he's been running for President almost two years now. Why? From my perspective, he seems to take credit for everything that has gone good since he's been a Senator, and says he warned everyone about everything that has gone bad.

Members of Active Rain - My post is not to bash Obama of McCain and these comments written in my post came directly from tourists mouths when they came to visit Las Vegas.

I myself will not even be voting and I never vote because I can not stand politics or people that are so opinionated.

Every once in a while I will throw a post out there like this.

Please remember people who ever you vote for is not going to make any difference. It is the people under the president that make these decisions, the President is just the puppet and the person that everyone blames for all the mistakes.

Didn't they teach you this in school?

Robert-I don't see any rude comments? BTW-If you're going to post a blog like this you have to assume that you're going to get some political opinions. Especially when you specifically ask for them, "...I want to hear from the members directly".

Sorry - some of the comments I read looked rude, my bad and I will fix my reply!

I can see where this election has the country deeply divided between Nobama and McSame. I am an independent and I agree that we do need some change, but we also need stability and experience. I am afraid of the change that the country will get and feel that the American people will rue the day they voted for change...

Michael - I am with you all the way on this one. What we need to do is get ride of all the politicians in office right now and bring in all fresh new ones and let them give it a whirl. How could it be any worse.

Would you be willing to pay my tax increases as well...and when Barack Hussain Obama is in control of our country and we are in a war in the US...and you cannot protect your family. Tell me how you will feel then.

Are you kidding me??? He has made excuses all over the place for his connections to criminals...Ugh...look at his history...He's corrupt.

Obama, might be a great orator...however he has NO EXPERIENCE...he has been a senator for three years, voted present 140 times...Of the three years he was a senator...he has been running for President for two of those years.

His "friends and acquaitances" are not desirable...at all.

The ACORN crap is even worse, some of the comments that I have read is that it's an:

1. Obama/Palin ticket

2. War (as described by Obama) should continue...HUH?

3. Taxes? Well, yes, Obama is going to raise them to help us...

Now,,,these are not blue or white collar workers making these statements.

Save enough money to buy a tent....or a camp ground site...you'll need it.

Karen, the time for debate has ended. All of your attacks are moot. As I mentioned above, the McSame supporters are just going to have to adjust to the Obama administration. However, it seems as though you've already accepted defeat, as have many republicans, by your comment, "Save enough money to buy a tent....or a camp ground site...you'll need it".

P.S. Who told you not to use Obama's middle name? I didn't realize that was a problem.

Karen - Thank you for coming around and everyone will see that our problems are going to get worse after election and then everyone will say, I never voted for him/ her.
