This is a great tool to attract traffic to your open houses and to comunicate with your clients, friends and Family. I am located on Maui, at this time of the year it is the down season and my Open houses has received very little traffic. Because of my live broadcast open houses I do attract a good traffic; about 20 to 30 people per open house.
