Hawk's Nest at Eagle Harbor is located right off of Harbor Lake Dr. Hawks Nest located on the northwest side of Eagle Harbor. The directions to get there are quite easy. From C.R. 220 head west until you come to Lakeshore Dr. W. then make a right, follow that to the end and the make a right on Harbor Lake Dr. Hawk's Nest will be the first neighborhood on the right.
Hawk's Nest has around 20 homes that were built by David Weekley Homes. All the homes were built between 1998 and finishing up in 2002. The smallest home is 1752 Sq. Hey Robert - David Weekley is one of my favorite builders. They are really between a production builder and a custom builder in my mind. Great post on Hawk's Nest!
The homes have a different look than many of the others here. They are more a 'coastal' or traditional look, don't you think? My friend lives in one there that has a front porch and I love it! Wish I had a front porch!
