Unfortunately, there have been no homes sold in Bluff Farm for the year of 2008. I am trying to determine why homes are not selling in Bluff Farm. The price per square foot ranges from $120.67 to $165.83. All available homes were built between the years of 1984 and 1986, so certainly some updating may be needed.
Here are some front photos of the some of the homes available in Bluff Farm - most of the homes sit on more than 1/2 and acre and many are almost an acre in size. The neighborhood is very established, has very little traffic, easy access to Beaufort Academy, Publix, and Walgreens.
