Tough times great people!
"Challenging ", it is a word we continue to hear when people attempt to describe the market we are currently in. It's a word that I think is very appropriate as I tackle each day laid out in front of me on my path to success in the mortgage business. I am proud to say that we consistently meet our challenges head on as a team and continually earn great testimonials from the clients we serve!
I formed a new division with The Mortgage Group in March, adding new responsibilities and daily tasks that have forced me to hone my skill set to new levels. The challenge has allowed me to experience a professional growth curve like none I've experienced during my 9 year career as a Mortgage Professional. The most rewarding part is that as a team we have improved in both value to our clients and in funding production. The first half of October has, though not yet complete, had been our 2 best funding weeks this year!
Along with our parent company, we are improving our systems each day to better leverage our personal approach and use of technology. If you are reading this Blog, I would hope to prove it to you as your Personal Mortgage Consultant or as your team mate.
