The amount of real estate activity is the highest I have ever seen. It is critical to keep up with the information to develop the skills needed to work with the REOs and the Short Sales. What are some of the things we need to be asking? Of seller's: do you want to escape foreclosure? Of buyer's; will you make your offer using solid comp data instead of guessing things will get lower? What other questions are helpful?
