Portsmouth in its infinite wisdom has decided not to acquire Johnson's Crab House by eminent domain.  Originally back in May 2007 the city passed an ordinance to take the waterfront property and family owned business in Park View.  The city was going to put in a much needed park.  Much debate has taken place over this.  In all fairness, the Crab House was looking real bad but the owners have fixed it up and it looks much better now.
