Tampa Bay: Uncharted Territory

The 2008 Tampa Bay Rays are in uncharted waters for them as a team. It has taken them just 11 years to get here and now they are ready to sieze their destiny. What is amazing is that some of the stats from 1998 are completely opposite of the 2008 stats. And some of the 1998 states are completely identical. Which ones? Well, click the link to see the list.

I was really hoping for a LA Dodgers or should I say Manny Ramirez against the Boston Red Sox

Tampa Bay is a great team and I look to see this as a great series before it is all done. I too would love to see the Dogers and Sox in the series.

The Red Sox have been in this position before, They always seem to pull it out. Both the 2004 and 2007 World Series were sweeps. I would love to see the Dogers and the Red Sox in the world series.

James, it looks like it will be the Phillies and the Rays.

Jay, it has turned into a pouding for the Sox. And the Rays are doing it in Fenway.

Joe, they might have, but they have never faced a team like the Rays. This is not a team assembled because there is 25 individual players. This is a true team.
