If you don't have a million dollar listing, borrow one and post it here. It might just be the seed you need in order to garner one...

Richard: Sad to say, in many cases that million dollar listing from 2006 is only worth in the $300's now... Good point! Let's stay in the present!

Debi: You'll be surprised at how well that works... Google juice is everything, Baby! Your name associated with Million Dollar Listings will garner you those Million Dollar Clients...

Debi: Here is another idea: why don't you just compile a market report - either monthly or quarterly for a high end subdivision in your area, where the typical price is over a million dollars. That way your name will be associated with that high end subdivision, plus you'll be very familiar with that product when the leads start calling you about it.

You can send me a Thank You card next year after you close on a few deals garnered due to this idea...
