Today I had the chance to talk to Paul Chaney from Blogging Systems for over an hour. Frankly, I felt a bit priveleged to be able to pick his brain on blogging for real estate and home building. Thanks Paul.

He gave me a list of some terrific sites, and below I've listed the articles that appealed to me to do some futher digging:

• File Under Wine Spelunking - My wife and I are thinking about Napa Valley, and this post got me even more excited.
• One User Account for all RE Applications - I'd sure love to have only one user account to list and market our new home developments and model homes. I just bet that real estate professionals will get this technology before us little home builders.
• Welcome to The Ashburn Blog! - Ashburn Virginia community blog makes me want to visit Loudon County
• Pre-Qualifying Your Loan Officer - I love this advice. As a home builder we try to "approve" three lenders for the year for our buyers. Of course, inevitably, this makes a bunch of other lenders angry. We feel we have to give solid advice on a couple lenders that we know can handle new construction and its specific issues.
• Coach Wooden's lesson: Get the details right - If you're like me you've heard the story but it never fails to remind me once again to attend to the details.
• Creating a Community on Your Real Estate Website - Terrific site for condos and everything about condos. Loved it.
