funny thing I have to share with you , I have sent out several seller's referrals for out of my work area sellers - listings , to agents/brokers of this network just recently..... and to my great surprise ... even I have identified myself as the member of this network ....
I have not even received any response from them back ?! ..., nor any possible thank you ?! ...
Well ... I can assure you , that will not happen here , if you send me any referral to any of many cities of Greater Los Angeles area...
