Well, now I have done it. I have joined yet another social network. I was looking through some of the blogs on AR about social networks and went to check out one I hadn't heard about before. I searched for my name on the site and it had information out there from a brokerage I had worked before in the past. So, I had to claim the profile. So, now I can add Zoominfo.com to the list. I will have to play with it and see what I think about it.
Rich,
I am sticking with Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I just do not have time for the others. Facebook is especially good for conneting with new prospects. I am also on Twitter and enjoy writing just a sentence or so about my business.
I think we may have a choice to make in the near future or perhaps the future is now. That choice is whether to spend our time spread over multiple social sites or focus most of it on one. I don't pretend to be smart enough to know the right answer but I do see it as a time issue.
I have been working on my network on Linkedin. I was surprised to see that zoominfo had information about me that was tied to an old brokerage affiliation I had, along with contact information to that old broker. I claimed the profile on there in order to update my information as to not lose any potential business.
Rich: I only have time for this one...But I am almost in Second Place in my community!!!
