Through the gloom and doom of today's economic crisis, our area surrounding Springfield continues remain stable. Sellers are realizing in order to sell their homes, prices must adjust down. Home values are not dropping compared to other areas of the country, but they do continue to drop.
2407 Springfield Missouri Real Estate agents continue to work in Springfield and surrounding areas, a decrease from 2007 .
