9 Comments on Morehead City NC Seafood Festival 2008 Great Success!
Vickie- That's good news for everyone. Did you go and learn how to cook some of that seafood? My friend Cynthia has a great seafood recipe she shared with us last year. She probably went to this festival also.
Kathy, I did not get to go until the last day on Sunday. But they were giving out oysters on the half shell and my husband said they were great. That is the only seafood I am not crazy about. It was a lot of fun though.
Vickie, this reminds me of a vacation I spent at Duck, and the and all we ate was local fresh seafood and salads. The seafood was just amazing!

Hi Vickie,
It was a gorgeous weekend and I understand the turnout was very good. I missed it this year for the first time since I moved back to the area.
Vickie...
I've just been scrolling through having a look at your Blog and now all I want is to be blessed with a plate full of Seafood. I miss the jaunts we used to take to The Carolinas. Places like Morehead City would fatten me up real quick :)
TLW...ROAR!
Hi "Lovely Wife of Broker Bryant"
Thank you for strolling through my blog. I am fairly new at all this but I am learning quick with every ones help. Yes, our great seafood could fatten you up. I love fried, but have tried to stay away and eat the broiled more. I am lucky to live in such a beautiful place with great seafood also.
Now this looks like a lot of fun ! My wife and I love seafood - Im especially fond of oysters. Growing up at Virgina Beach was great - I miss it. These types of events are awesome - glad it was a great time ! Looks like a beautiful place for sure.
