Hi Riel!
Could you give a few more details about your proposal before I link into your free report?  As it stands now, it sounds too suspicious for me to even consider going any further. Thanks!

I'll put a screen cast up on the site, read the report, it's pretty detailed.

Even if you use another methode, it's perfectly good advice, but I know we can add a great new source of revenue for agents (and for us of course) win win is always the best model.

This is an old post about the project we've been doing:

Make sure you download the report though... there is a link to a special offer where I've rethought how to approach the market with this... it's very real and I know that it will spread like wildfire.

Hi Konnie

My name is pronounced RE-ELLE

I'm glad you're intrigued :)

We're just putting the final touches on the wireframe, you can see it here:

http://livein.xlsuite.com

The idea is that you can run a community site

give away free listings in your community directory

then from where they manage their profile for the site...

They can launch a website for their business.

We're just working on a bunch of templates for things like Beauty Salons, Restaurants, Retail Stores...

Because they're templates... we can pay very generous commission to whoever got the sale (the owner of the community site in question (you)).  The other perk is that since they're templates, we can let them try them for free... and only charge them after 30 days or some other "no risk" type trial.

Here's an example from my other business : www.weputuplights.biz

if you go to http://konnie.weputuplights.biz, you'll see what I mean.

It will install a full business management site for a Christmas Light Installer
(believe it or not, that's what my winter business is :)

All you have to imagine is that instead of it being a christmas light company.  Pretend that it's a local restaurant, landscaping company, roofer or nail shop.

We're just reworking our template installer so it's a little nicer looking and has the ability to have multiple template styles (right now each domain hosts their own templates, we're moving to a more centralized solution so that we can access them from any site).

I'd love to get you into one of these sites Konnie, it would be a great way to start working together and I need realtors who "get it" and will blog and get out there into the community.  It will only work with some outgoing people who understand real estate marketing 2.0 techniques.

Do you know anyone like that?  ;)
