I wanted to take a moment to explain to a little bit about the initial results of of our Christian Telemarketing Campaigns. We have titeled the pilot program "Congregation Builder". The objective is to help Christian churches build their congregations by inviting new members of the community to an interfaith service among other activities. These campaigns are designed to reach out to members of the community that we already know are Christians and are either new to the community or have expressed an interest in learning more about the Christian faith.
We have already received several calls requesting information for campaigns designed to attract citizens of the community to other faiths. At this point we are focusing on the Christian faith. We may open the door to other faiths in the future. This is a pilot program and if the results continue to be successful we may expand to offer on site consulting services like our other commercial campaings.
Here a re a couple bullet points I would say highlight the intial one month run;
1. This is a pilot program. This is an area we have only started tapping. We had 48 confirmed "new" attendees in 3 different churches. If you are interested we offer pretty nice discounts to run test pilot. We are currently working campaigns in Texas, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina with consistent results. We have not run anything in New York, California or Colorado. These are the next 3 states we will be looking to target.
2. The results were impressive across the board. In the middle of a mortgage meltdown and an investment banking collapse these campaigns have exemplified that in times of difficulty people have a greater desire to return to their faith. These people are usually new homeowners, new to the community or have expressed interest in trying a new church.
3. We offered a couple different ideas that were equally compelling. The first was the interfaith service. We invited families to the respective church where the pastor greeted them upon arrival and introduced them to other members of the congregation. The other was more of a "Lunch and Learn" campaign. Families were invited to attend a simple lunch offered at the church and 30 minute introduction to the faith. Both ideas were sucessful and could be used in conjuntion if the campaign is run long enough.
I would like to see more of these campaigns run as I suspect the results are going to be consistent across the USA. If you would like more information on one of our pilot programs feel fee to contact us at your leisure.
