Hello Baltimore...

I was told that I should take the time to write a Blog post. This is my first attempt therefore I am not very good at it, however I am told that if I do this I will earn 200 points!

Wahoo!

Okay and where do I get to spend these points? What is the Point to the Points?

First off, I didn't upload my own image of myself. I didn't want to scare anyone so I stole this male models picture and used it. I figured that the ladies would like it (maybe a few men too!) I hope that is alright. I am not very photogenic and this handsome devil, well just look at him!

Next, I am uncertain as to why I should even be a part of this network. I don't know that I can contribute much. I am just some dumb clown that buys buildings in bad condition and attempts to get them into fair condition enough to sell them and make a few dollars to buy rice and beans until I do the next building.

Finally, I do live and work in Baltimore City and I may know a few of you from around here already. I speacilize in buildings in the following areas: Fells Point & Canton (If you kind find them anymore) Patterson Park, Highlandtown, Greektown, Oh and that new area (Formerly known as PigTown) Washington Village. A whole lot gong on around them parts.

So if anyone has a piece of property that is an eyesore and just about ready to fall down - give me a call - I might just buy it from you.

Thanks for reading,

Hugh

Hugh, are you making fun of us?  If so, I find it hysterical!  If not, can you really find anything of value under 40 grand?

Signed,

Sid and Nancy

Maybe you could use the points to buy some dentures?  Actually I saw some inexpensive "Bubba Teeth" at the toy store that would look a little nicer than the grill you're sporting now...LOL

Keep the blogs coming, I love it!

I'd take a few points and run down to my local Salvation Army.  Most of the suits there are only about 20 years old, moth balls not included.

Hugh - You are a "NUT!" Hey, I'll send you a list of properties. Maybe you can donate the points to the needy.

I applaud you for getting the 200 points.

There are some in AR that would call this plagiarizing and have your points removed.  Fight the good fight my man.
