Frisco residents join the "Frisco Green Team" for a city wide clean up event!  Volunteers will help with roadside litter collection, hazardous waste and unwanted item disposal.  This family friendly event begins and ends at IKEA, 7171 IKEA Drive. 

Acceptable, unwanted items include:roadside and household trash; carpet;furniture, fencing, lawnmowers (must be free of gasoline and oil); metal and wood poles;grills; tiles; kitchen cabinets; and appliances. State law requires refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners must be tagged ‘freon-free' by a certified technician.

Participants wii dine on a free IKEA Lunch and environmental education will be going on all day.
