Well, I guess we would be crazy busy, but staging would lose its edge and something else would spring up that would make a difference.... after all, we can only appreciate lightness if there is also darkness.....

LOL, Melissa. I was thinking that, too. You can't say staging sells faster when ther is no longer a comparison to compare it to.

The backlash might be "HOUSES IN THE RAW MAKE BUYERS GO BUCK WILD!"

Great post - I think we're headed in that direction. Since I started 4 years ago (when it was like pulling teeth to get anyone, especially on the west side of LA to Stage), things have really heated up a lot. So many more sellers realize the importance of Staging now than ever and it will only get more and more popular. I do think the TV shows have helped in that regard - at least to bring Staging into the average homeowner's vocabulary.
