Ryan: I've got about 20 and they're all pointed to various sites and pages within those sites and I just keep finding more--depending upon what I write about! (I think I'm addicted to buying domain names--sort of like Active Rain!)
I too have purchased several sites and now have people contact me to buy the ones I am not using! Hey, maybe there is money to be made! :-)
I have picked up a few, but haven't had time to set up a site - time to delegate that to my son.
It's tough to find a good domain name these days. I imagine some on your list will be taken soon. I'm still carrying around RentalCottages.com from an old business I ran. I wonder if they're worth anything???
