As the leaves come down more and more people start looking for Vacant Land deals. They can see the topography of the land better and they want to get their project ready for the spring market.

This is also a good time to do your Board of Health test. The ground is moist and the BOH likes to have a moist time of year for testing. They feel it gives a more accurate reading for perk test and ground water. Also wet lands show up at their biggest when the weather has been damp.

So in short if you have Vacant Land to sell you might want to really consider this time of year beacause when the spring market comes around a lot of the builders and buyers have already found their land deals.
