I had this picture sent to me today. I thought that I would share this with everyone here. The original intent to this picture was meant to be funny and I am not coming down on anyone. The only issue is, this hits close to home. It really is a cold reality.

WOW, you are right, I am sure this would have been funny at one time, but now it seems like the cold truth!  I am meeting with seller's on a daily basis, losing there homes, or short saling them.  Something has to give ...........  but remember what your mother told you " find laughter and a silver lining in everything" - so thats what we have to do........... although sad and true, we can at least get up in the morning.......That is a blessing.

My sister sent me the same cartoon but with the title: "Man, Trick or Treating sure does Stink this year!" It is not funny...too many folks are affected by foreclosures all around us. Our daughter's best friend had to move to New York because her family lost their home...neighbors' yards look like jungles because they've lost their home...so now WE have to mow it to keep ours from looking bad...so it does affect us all...
