Attention all Weichert Agents

After our sales meeting this morning, I logged on to WeichertOne, which has a totally new look, and new content.

Another agent and I were looking it over together, at two different computers, and we each looked at our "profile." Mine was accurate, but hers had the wrong contact information -- it actually had my contact information (email address, phone numbers, etc.) She was able to correct the problem by editing the info, but I thought you should know, so that you can check your info, to make sure it is accurate. I don't want to get everyone's email or phone calls!

Another issue: The new Weichert One home page shows the MLS hotsheet and personal listings, with a tab for displaying all your office's listings. Her listing showed up in the office list, but not on her personal list. This may be another issue that you should check for accuracy.

Just checked mine. The information is correct; but will pass the word in the office. I need to find out who the PSM is to have my picture added.

My manager just informed us of this update:

The Licensing Department is no longer responsible for making phone number, address or email changes for associates. Agents need to log onto WeichertOne and make the changes on their own.

The only changes we still handle are name changes, corrections to birthdays and address changes if the agent is moving to a different state.

Just love the site. I like that your profile is right there to look over along with your current listings just to be sure you've got it all in there correctly!

I like the fact that right in the middle of the page, we can add our own custom links. You can bet the first one I added was www.activerain.com !

It is also nice to have all the links to Weichert sites, and the appointment scheduler available on the menus on the left side of the page.

Thanks for posting this, but I am a little lost. Where do we go to edit our profile? Also, I can't find the page that you are talking about where we can add our own custom links.

Kristy, it is possible that the look of the new weichertone.com page looks different for company-owned offices than it does for franchised locations. I really dont know.

when I log on to www.weichertone.com, I see my "portal" to all Weichert has to offer. Near the top right of the screen is a link to open my email, and right next ot that is one to view/edit my profile. Below that is an office quick search frame, and below that is the custom links frame.
