PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - Gulf LNG Energy has announced the groundbreaking for its liquefied natural gas import facility at the Port of Pascagoula. Governor Haley Barbour and members of the Mississippi congressional delegation are to attend tomorrow's ceremony. The Houston, Texas-based Gulf LNG is developing 40 acres at the port for the facility.
