It is Tuesday, which means it is time for Weekly Tuesday Trivia.  There seemed to be interest in this, from the stand point of taking your mind off of real estate for a while and to stimulate your mind.  So, I hope you find this something to look forward to on Tuesdays. There has been one change, and that is I will post the answer on Friday.. giving everyone enough time in their schedules to have a chance to answer if they so wish.

1) President Ford escapes an assassination attempt.

2) Ellen Burstyn wins Best Actress for her role in "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore".

3)  The number one song for the year was "Love Will Keep Us Together", by The Captain and Tennille.

and lastly

4)  Cincinnati won the World Series over the Boston Red Sox, 4 to 3.

Ted.. How is the Cape this time of year?  The traffic to get there from the Mass Pike to 495 South on Saturday was terrible.  This was at 10:30am.  I can only imagine what (and how long) it took to get over either the Sagamore or Bourne Bridges.

I, too, am a RED sox fan.  Have been since my college days.

Valerie - I know...I know...I'll never forget when Love Will Keep Us Together was the number one song because it was the year I was married - 1975.  And LOVE has kept us together. :-)

Valerie - The "Love Will Keep Us Together" song was one of my favorites.  My first guess was 1974, but I noticed others confidently saying 1975.  I think I'll stick with 1974...  :)

OK, AS PROMISED I SAID I WOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT YEAR THIS ALL TOOK PLACE ON FRIDAY.  WELL, IT IS FRIDAY, AND MAYBE SOME OF YOU ARE WAITING WITH BAITED BREATH... OR MAYBE NOT.

JUST ABOUT EVERYONE HAD IT CORRECT.  THE YEAR IS 1975.  I DIDN'T THINK THESE QUESTIONS WERE THAT EASY, BUT I GUESS THEY WERE.  I'LL HAVE TO MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT NEXT WEEK.
