This is a topic I think is up in the air for alot of people. I feel the uncertainity from people everyday and everyone asks, what is going to happen. There are daily changes happening in the real estate market, but many felt it needed to happen. Fifty years of real estate history and we've seen this type of adjustment before. A wise man by the name of Winston Churchill said, "There is nothing wrong with change, if its in the right direction." So our housing prices were rising at a remarkable rate and many lost hope of reaching the American Dream. So is this change good? That is a question to ask yourself. Prices are at a remarkable low and a fantastic time to buy. We will continue to hear debate until results from the decision begins to show results.
