Trulia Pro - Wow This Is A Great Product!

I have been using this for a few weeks now and it has been really great.

Anyone else out there useing this? I would love to hear what other agents think of it....

I'm delighted you like the product so much!

The product was launched earlier this year, and has been growing in popularity every single day.

I've heard from many agents that they are getting some good results from the service. I've seen the best results when users take advantage of all the twenty locations that they can target their ads to, which is included in the monthly price.

Jennifer - Have you done anything unusual to generate additional interest in your profile? I have been playing with Trulia Pro but do not see much in the way of added site traffic. I am utilizing a fairly detailed tracking system and am not seeing any real benefit yet. It may be due to the size of my market and there may just not be enough traffic on Trulia specific to my Knox County Ohio market. I would love to see what you are doing with your Trulia Pro. Are you willing to share your market areas so that we can do a search to view your advertisement. To view a sample of my Trulia Pro you can search zip code 43050.

I've looked into Trulia Pro but it just hasn't looked like its worth it to me. My market isn't very big, and I don't think Trulia is used that much. To me it doesn't seem worth it just to have a couple listings bigger, and a little profile about me... What actually makes it so great?

I do like the Trulia site overall, I am just not 100% sure about paying the monthly fee for Trulia Pro. I've tried to do every "free" thing I could on the site -- asking and answering buyer/seller questions, creating and extensive profile and of course, posting my listings.

Jennifer, I'm doing some research to find out if it's worth getting onboard. Can you provide some specifics as to what's changed since you joined the Pro version? Have you generated any leads?

Hi all,

After two months of a free trial I have yet to get a lead from Trulia Pro. I have used it exclusively to promote a listing south of Boston. Since signing up I have had zero click throughs to my site. It may just be coincidence that there have been no click throughs, but I did get them before upgrading to PRO. Zillow, Trulia Pro, Realtor.com...I can't do them all!
