As the stock market has tanked in the past year I have had the opportunity in learning how to invest money that is in a mutual fund and using it for real estate purchase. There are many aspects of investing in real estate that are very simple to do but once you get to this point you get involved with the IRS rules and regulations.  If you would like to learn more go to these links below.

The second link is to lender who will lend to someone that is using self directed IRA funds.  The loan process is called Non recourse because the owner doesn't actually own the property the IRA does.

Self-directing IRA investments in to real estate opportunities can be a great way for people to diversify thier portfolio and create tax-free wealth.  People need a good custodian to help facilitate a self-directed IRA transaction.
