Thanks to the Future Of Real Estate Marketing (one of my favorite RSS feeds... who is also a 'Rainer ...) I have stumbled across a non-real estate related video that is completely applicable to our new digital world of real estate. I have always been quite a supporter of WEB 2.0, Real Estate 2.0 and all the NEW stuff that the internet and technology has brought to this career that I call my own.

Change?    Yep!    Embrace it, baby!

As I once heard, from someone here on AR ...
"Technology is not going to replace real estate agents. Real Estate agents with technology will replace real estate agents."

Bring it on... And lay on the Schmaltz.

That was awesome!  I agree whole heartedly that real estate agents aren't going the way of dinosaurs, at least not all of them.  The ones who embrace change and stay on top of it are going to rule.....Like in Nature, adapt or die!

Keith - "Keep you head and arms inside the ride at all times" - but stay "outside" the box!
Bob- Change.... Change ... What the RE world needs now .... Can we spare some change?

Mariana - Wow - that was hilarious. At my age I like to try to keep up with technology, not only for Real Estate - I'm trying to stay one step ahead of my kids.

Maureen- I would also consider it brilliant coming from a company who has some major strides to take to compete with Canon and a few others. Out of the box ...!

Kelli- You're welcome! This was highly entertaining and motivating, too!

Great video Mariana! So true too. We have to be willing to adapt and change directions in our businesses. Nothing will create failure quicker than being stagnant and unwilling to learn and grow. We don't have to like it but we best be ready to use it.

I like you saying at the end.  I'm going to use that when someone tells me I'm wasting my time with all that "internet stuff."

Mariana...

If I never tried new things, I would be bored to death. This concept of stagnating applies to every area of our lives. Yes? :)

TLW...ROAR!

Mike- Thank you!
Bryant- (Happy Belated Birthday!) You are right, we don't have to like it, but you know what? I DO like it, so it makes it all the better.
Fran- No time wasting here! :)
Monika- Bring it on, Baby!!!
TLW-  Yes! You and I both!
Ines- I totally cracked up when I first saw this video. And it is pretty dead-on accurate, too.

Wow, I loved this. I grew up in the 60's and 70's, so I remeber all the Kodak moment stuff. If this isn't a real add for Kodak, it should be! Can't wait to share this video, thanks Mariana!
