USB Flash Drives make my life easy. They allow for me to take my computer files with me when I can not take my computer with me. For those of you that do not know about USB Flash Drives, they are able to store data on them. They were made to replace the floppy disk that you would have to insert into your computer. Then you would also have to mark the disk and keep up with it. The Flash Drive works in any USB port, hence the name USB Flash Drive. In a nut shell, it is a drive on the go. If I lost mine, I do not know what I would do.

Well, that is until today. I ran across this great new program. Kanguru Remote Management Console gives you the ability to remotely control the certain USB Flash Drives remotely from anywhere in the world. Basically, they just gave you the security of Fort Knox. Image that if you lost your USB Flash Drive or it was stolen, all you would have to do is lock it up so that it would not be accessible. Or you can go extreme on it and delete the information. This program also allows for you to log all user and administration activity for compliance issues.

Kanguru Defender might be the best USB Flash Drive around. Along with the benefit of having hardware encryption, this 2.0USB Flash Drive is highly secure. It will make you feel high tech like James Bond. Or maybe you would prefer to me Maxwell Smart. Either way, 99 is by your side.

Danny, I know what you mean. I would be lost without my flash drives as well. A must in today's PC world...

A SanDisk Cruzer is password protected and if you reset the password it wipes the drive of all information.  It also comes with a bunch of programs and seems to have a lot of additional offerings as well.  Foldersync for email, documents, browser favorites contacts and just about anything eles is free and has an additional layer of password protection as well as protection against keystroke loggers. I have an 8GB one.

I carry my flash drives in a little wallet.  It's handy when I'm traveling and don't want to lug around 100 CDs.  I bought a few neon colored drives and use them for system backups.  I just mark the case with a Sharpie pen and store it away.  They ARE handy little things!
