The mauve and green pastel colors have been update with new elegant colors, but
this is no stuffy restaurant. The menu is completely new and crafted by
Executive Chef, Brian Roland.
According to the
Naples Daily News, Chef Roland planned a menu rooted in his classic culinary training paired with an
emphasis on organics, locally grown products and natural meats, which are a step
below organic certification, Roland said.
