1. What is the basic service or product in as few words as possible?
2. Why do I care? Why do I want this, as a consumer? How will it make my life better?
3. Who are you looking for? Who is a good match for this product? Who is NOT a good match?
4. What are the 3 most common questions about this product or service?
5. What are the 3 most common objections people give you for not buying right now, right here? (We'll work to "head these off at the pass")
6. What are some "Gee, I didn't know that!" unknown or frequently missed benefits of this product? i.e. in case of FHA it's flexible co-borrowers or 203k rehab program... in case of investing in real estate it might be you can use your IRA / 401k
7. What is the call to action? Apply now? Fill out this simple online form? What action do you want them to take if it's a match?
8. Optional but very helpful: 1-2 great stories of people who bought this service or product and then their wildest dreams came true (or at least their lives were improved).
