My website is a real estate directory that is only dedicated to the real estate industry. You can kind of look at them like small search engines just for real estate sites. The fees for my site are for the links to your site. If you want to link to my site from yours there is no fee, but the link must be from a page cached by Google. A featured link is $29.99/year and places you above all the regular links in your state or category. A regular link is a One Way Link to your site and shows up below the Featured links. Both the Featured links and the Regular One Way Link look better in the search engines eyes because it is a clean one way link.

The purpose of my sites is to drive traffic to my members sites. I work hard on the sites and make them Search Engine Friendly. I first started with a real estate agents site to help out some agent friends of mine and give them a place on the internet to get some links to their sites. Now I've expanded my first directory and have started a few more. My first directory US Real Estate Directory is ranking really well with Google right now and since I started adding Home Stagers sites to them I have found it ranking well for not only real estate agents search terms but home stagers search terms as well.

My new directory Affordable Real Estate Solution is broken down by categories a little better and I just launched it in late Feb. and italready ranks on page one of Google for Affordable real estate and page 1 for affordable california home stagers.
