I have run into a dilemma and I am hoping to find a solution through the WN community. Currently I have an influx of proofed buyers who are looking to place custom orders and not have to scramble to compete with an already cut tape. Typically our average orders are $5M-100M.

On occasion we work with larger buyers so do not hesitate to contact me if you fill larger sized orders as well. We are an intermediary but we have a smooth process defined and need legitimate sellers.

I have a buyer that is very serious he just took down $4Billion in assets from bank of America on June 10.

He's looking for SFR's in Souther California, Calfornia state wide and Arizona.

He will show an LOI & POF once he knows the inventory is real.

My investor is looking to invest more than $1B and more on SFR's in those locations.

No Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Product.


As an  IM's on this deal we would have to be on the sellers side of the deal for this to work.
